As 2024 drew to a close, in-person conferences and networking events regained momentum across the country. In Q4 2024, our meetings and events team supported a diverse portfolio of gatherings, ranging from annual conferences to focused forums and sponsor-driven engagements.


Our event footprint spanned key destinations, including Orlando, Philadelphia, Alexandria (VA), Puerto Rico, and Washington, D.C., reflecting the growing preference for strategic regional convenings.


Geographic Reach:

These events highlighted the return to fully in-person meetings, with clients increasingly moving away from hybrid formats. From logistics coordination to on-site execution, we ensured smooth experiences aligned with each organization’s mission.
