DEBRA S. NOLAN, MS, CAE, IOM

Executive Director & Co-President

Debra's primary role is to provide senior-level collaboration with association leaders to advance organizational missions and deliver strategic impact. She recently earned her Master’s in Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland, graduating with honors. She holds a BA in Communications with a minor in English from Florida State University, is a Certified Association Executive (CAE), and a graduate of the Institute for Organization Management (IOM). She also earned an Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate from the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business.

With over thirty years of experience in association management at the state, regional, national, and international levels, Debra brings expertise in Board and Committee Collaboration, Strategic Planning and Support, Membership Development, Conference and Meeting Planning, and Marketing and Communications.

GREGORY BROOKS

Executive Director & Co-President

Greg’s primary responsibilities include leading a team of more than 30 association management professionals and overseeing business operations, marketing, and business development initiatives.

 

In addition to his leadership at AMC Source, Greg provides senior-level strategic guidance and collaborates with organizational leaders to advance their missions and achieve measurable goals. With over 40 years of experience, Greg and his team have helped state, regional, national, and international trade associations, professional societies, and non-profit organizations strengthen their performance through smart management and strategic support.

 

Greg has a proven record of partnering effectively with association leaders and members to enhance organizational image, drive membership growth, and ensure financial stability. His areas of expertise include governance, executive collaboration, organizational turnarounds and transitions, revenue generation, financial management, marketing, and government affairs/public policy.

 

Greg is also deeply committed to giving back to the profession through his volunteer leadership with the AMC Institute, the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), and the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE).

PATTY ANDERSON, CAE, IOM

Association Executive

For more than three decades, Patty has provided senior level knowledge in strategic, leadership, and event management to the not-for-profit organizations with whom she has worked. She earned a BS in Politics and Government with a minor in Public Administration from the University of Puget Sound. In addition to obtaining the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, Patty is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Organization Management (IOM). For 26 years, she was a co-owner of Melby, Cameron, and Anderson - an association management company formerly based out of the Pacific Northwest.

MICHAEL BOTTINI, B.A. (HE/THEY)

Website Coordinator

Michael (he/they) recently graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Linguistics and minors in Digital Arts & Sciences and Communication Studies, as well as a Teaching English as a Second Language Certificate. With over six years of teaching and administrative experience both in-office and online, Michael is skilled in organizational management, interpersonal communication strategies, and virtual project planning. Michael serves as a Website Coordinator, specifically working with AMS platforms to format and design websites for accessible engagement. Michael's primary areas of focus at AMC Source include website management, membership administration, and administrative assistance.

EVA BOWEN, MBA

Director of Marketing & Communications

Eva is a double graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, having earned a B.S. in Marketing and Accounting with a concentration in Franchising and an MBA with a concentration in Enterprise Systems (Summa Cum Laude and Outstanding MBA Graduate). Eva specializes in ensuring that the details align with the big picture. Eva is highly skilled at leading marketing and social media management efforts including social media strategy formulation, brand image management, ad development and monitoring, social media engagement & follower relations, graphic design & content creation.

SUSANNAH CERNOJEVICH, B.A.

Sponsorship Manager

Susannah brings a global background in partnership development, communications, and relationship management to her role as Sponsorship Manager. Her experience building collaborations across public, private, and nonprofit sectors enhances her ability to cultivate sponsor relationships, support revenue growth, and ensure high-quality engagement across programs and events. Before joining AMC Source, she worked with World Vision International, engaging the United Nations and World Bank to advance child-focused initiatives addressing poverty. She also supported environmental conservation efforts at The Pew Charitable Trusts and held senior communications positions with a U.S. Senator, a U.S. Member of Congress, and the U.S. Department of State. Earlier in her career, she worked with the American Red Cross, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Benin, West Africa. A California native, Susannah earned her B.A. in History from UCLA and attended The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

Membership & Marketing Coordinator

Graduating from George Mason University in 2024 with a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations, Cara Chiswell brings unique project and event management skills to the table. With over four years of experience in event management, production and marketing, she has a passion for working with clients to help them achieve their goals . As a Membership and Marketing Coordinator, she works to produce and market events throughout the D.C. area that captivate all audiences. When not dreaming up proposals, you can find her scrapbooking or playing video games, and cheering on her favorite esports teams.

Finance Manager

Samantha has a master’s degree in economics, and several years of experience in non-profit financials management. Her area of responsibility includes budget development, monthly financials reconciliation and statements, accounts payable and receivables, as well as audit preparation and support.

DAVID P. DEVITO, M.P.A.

Association Executive

David serves as an Association Executive for AMC Source, with an emphasis in areas of nonprofit management, membership development and services, federal and foundation grant writing and administration. With more than 25 years engagement in all aspects of nonprofit membership organizations, David brings experience in assuring member value in engagement, collaboration, education, and resources. In addition, David holds a master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management, and a B.A. in American Studies, both from The George Washington University.

NYKA FELDMAN, M.A.

Association Executive

As an Association Executive at AMC Source, Nyka provides senior level executive support to association clients. Nyka is a seasoned association executive with deep expertise working directly with boards of directors for membership and non-profit organizations. She graduated from Bucknell University with a B.A. in International Relations and from The American University with an M.A. in Public Communications. She has served as an association executive in the higher education space, as the executive director of a Federally funded community outreach organization, and as a board member for a number of civic organizations. She brings a unique perspective to her work having served in government as a congressional liaison for both the U.S. Agency for International Development and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Nyka has the skills and experience to work with organizational and board leadership on governance, board recruitment, strategic planning, membership engagement, diversity initiatives, mentoring programs, event management, grantmaking, marketing, and public affairs.

GREGORY FOREMAN, QAS

AMS Platform Manager & Transition Specialist

With over 15 years of experience working with and supporting AMS software, Greg is AMC Source's AMS Platform Manager and Transition Specialist.  His areas of focus include onboarding new clients, supporting existing clients and the AMC Source team, and general site/database maintenance.  As part of his role, Greg manages all aspects of association clients AMS platforms and provides leadership and problem solving in the form of collaboration and support. The AMS Platform Manager and Transition Specialist leads client AMS platform transitions to ensure a seamless and positive outcome. When not at work, Greg can be found enjoying the outdoors by foot, bicycle, or motorcycle.

MELISSA GOLOMB, B.A.

Executive Assistant

As AMC Source's Executive Assistant, Melissa provides AMC Source Lead Association Executives and Executive Directors with executive level and administrative support. Melissa has 25 years of education expertise and experience in a variety of business, administrative support, and office managerial duties. She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Florida International University. Melissa is passionate about supporting the team in providing world-class professional management to associations, societies, and foundations. When she is not serving clients, Melissa is enjoying daily water aerobic exercise, walking/hiking, mahjongg, theater, and spending time with family and friends.

KRISSY GREENLEAF, B.A., QAS

Association Executive

As an Association Executive with AMC Source, Krissy brings 10 years of association management experience to the table with specialties including strategic planning, marketing, member relations, and meeting planning. She received her Qualified Association Specialist certificate through the Florida Society of Association Executives in 2020 and earned her BA in Advertising with specialties in Business and Spanish from the University of Florida. Prior to joining the AMC Source team, she served as the Executive Director of the Sport & Social Industry Association; founded Kaboom Sports & Social Club in Pensacola, FL; and held various roles in advertising and marketing in industries including healthcare, retail, banking, and public safety.

LUCIA GUTIERREZ, PH.D.

Association Executive

Lucia's primary role is to provide senior level collaboration to advance the association’s mission.  She’s been in non-profit association and program management for more than 20 years at the national and international levels. She’s worked on initiatives, advocacy and public policy on leadership, training, conservation and mental health issues. Lucia’s key skills include: Governance Affairs, Program Development and Management, Public Policy and Advocacy, Applied Project Management, Strategic Planning, Conference and Meeting Planning, Environmental Stewardship and Mindful Leadership.

Association Executive

Celeste brings over fifteen years of diverse business experiences to the AMC Source team, including industrial and academic environments, hospitality, consulting, and small business owners.  She is a Project Management Professional and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Franciscan University of Steubenville.

 

Celeste’s key skills include: Project Management, Sales/Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, Conference & Event Planning, Office Management, Training, Executive Level Collaboration and Support, Communication Management, Content Management,  Analytical Support and Data Strategy.

JODI LICUDINE, QAS

Association Executive

Jodi currently serves in the capacity of Association Executive and Membership Specialist, working in partnership with the accounting team. She brings with her over fifteen years of experience in management, with a background in Pre-Med/Dentistry and Business Management and holds the designation of Qualified Association Specialist. Moreover, she holds a certification in Property and Homeowners Association Management and has served as a Team Manager for a custom builder for over a decade. Jodi also has many years of experience in revamping underperforming fitness centers through restructuring.
Outside of her professional life, Jodi invests her time in fitness activities. She is a certified personal trainer and is qualified to teach yoga, pilates, barre, and HIIT group classes. When not working or exercising, Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.

LISA MARBURGER, MBA

Finance Director

Lisa Marburger serves as AMC Source's Finance Director. Her primary role is to provide financial administration, database design, and human resources support. Lisa attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where she earned her BS with the dual majors of International Business and Marketing, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Finance.  Lisa’s career has included working in Private Client Investment Services, Strategic Management of Construction and Development as well as Finance and Operations Management of Not for Profit entities. Lisa’s key skills include: Design and Implementation of Accounting Systems, Internal Control Analysis, Audit-Internal and External, Database Design and Membership Relations.

DOREEN MURNER, MBA

Strategic Association Executive

With over 20 years of experience, Doreen is a well- rounded seasoned leader in not-for-profit association management.  She has significant knowledge in aligning people priorities to organizational strategy.  Doreen has worked with a diverse group of associations from large to small and from international to local.   Her focus has been on 501C(3)s in the higher education market.  Doreen’s expertise encompasses collaborative leadership, relationship development, change management, talent management, financial analysis, conference planning and strategic planning.

GAIL NAAS, LMT CT

Membership Specialist

As a membership specialist, Gail provides strategic leadership in recruitment, retention, and engagement of client member bases. Gail has significant experience serving associations in both staff and volunteer capacities, currently serving as a past president of the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy and the Secretary and Educational Chair for the Florida State Massage Therapy Association, Broward Chapter. Her key skills include membership development, committee management and leadership, administrative support, and robust knowledge in management of professional natural healthcare associations. She is also a practice healthcare provider and instructor with over 21 years of experience in educational environments.

SAMUEL PIERROT, B.S., QAS

Accounting Manager

Samuel Pierrot serves as an AMC Source Accounting Manager. As an Accounting Manager, Samuel works closely with clients to manage daily financial activity, prepare financial statements, participate in analysis and review, and coordinate documentation and client needs with Executive Directors.  Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Samuel has over 15 years of experience in accounting/finance operations. He is also a Qualified Association Specialist, as certified by the Florida Society of Association Executives. Samuel worked for several international non-profits in his home country and in the corporate sector with multinational firms. His managerial experience and warm disposition inspires great confidence in our team and among our clients. Samuels key skills include: bookkeeping, month-end process, account reconciliations, budget planning, financial reports, business analysis, and internal controls. In his free time, Samuel engages in videography and is a music lover.

Sydney serves as an Association Executive for AMC Source, with an emphasis in areas of Member services, Project management, Conference and Event services, and Board and committee support. She has her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business and concentration in Event Management from The University of Mississippi. Sydney's career has included working in Association Management, Education, as well as Event planning and Execution. In her free time, Sydney is  an outdoor adventure enthusiast including hiking, cycling and paddle-boarding.

When not at work, Maritza can be found playing video games, Olympic weightlifting, and enjoying the outdoors.

DONNA RELL, QAS

Certification & Membership Specialist

With over 15 years of experience in association management, Donna Rell has a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to professional organizations in the dental and healthcare sectors. Most recently, she served as the Certification Program Manager and Membership Coordinator at the Academy of Laser Dentistry, where she contributed her expertise in certification management and membership engagement. Donna earned her Credentialing Specialist Certificate from the Institute for Credentialing Specialists in January 2019, further enhancing her credentials in the field. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with a range of organizations, including Heartland Dental (DSO), Midwestern University, the University of Texas, and various private dental practices, overseeing the management of certification and membership programs. Her diverse skill set includes working with membership and certification committees, developing and managing testing procedures, facilitating membership engagement, coordinating events, overseeing continuing education programs, and managing Speakers Bureau initiatives. Donna’s extensive experience and dedication to supporting professional growth and organizational success make her a valuable asset to any association or healthcare-related entity.

Kayla's primary areas of focus as Member Services Specialist include member services, administrative assistance, and virtual event hosting. She recently graduated with three separate Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology, Zoology, and Plant Biology. She plans to attend graduate school and pursue a doctorate in the field of Wildlife Biology and Ecology.

Yana holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Management from State Marine Technical University and 13 years of experience in international logistics, sales & customer service, and financial procedures. Her key skills include: bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and internal controls. She believes that the "behind-the-scenes" processes, as well as professionalism and accuracy, are important for achieving goals and changing the world for the better.

She has successfully led and executed multiple projects, delivering exceptional outcomes within budget and timeline constraints. With her extensive skill set and diverse experience, Ruth is dedicated to serving the needs of organizations and their members to ensure sustainable growth. In her free time, Ruth likes to garden, participate in community events, and go to the beach.

With seven plus years of teaching and administrative experience, Jordan is skilled in leadership, project management, and interpersonal communication.

Elaine Walton is a passionate creative professional with a deep commitment to supporting humanity’s growth and evolution. As a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist, Elaine supports associations' communications, marketing and graphic design goals to increase growth, success, and recognition. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing, a background in visual communication, and a love for storytelling, she blends her creative talents with a mission to explore how understanding mental health can unlock deeper purpose and self-discovery. Elaine is also a wellness enthusiast who embraces cleaner eating, staying active, and encouraging others to live with intention and heart. Her unique voice, coupled with her curiosity about the cosmos and her love of all things expressive, from rock music and musicals to nature and fashion, makes her a dynamic contributor to the AMC Source team.

SHENA WILLBRANDT, BSW

Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

With over 20 years of experience in project management, marketing, and graphic design, Shena (they/she), thrives on building new relationships and collaborating with others. In addition to their experience as a graphic designer and freelance artist, Shena’s Bachelors of Social Work and Master in Gender Studies gives them a deep understanding of audiences and customer needs, helping her to create inclusive brands or marketing materials that authentically represent, appeal to, and connect with a diverse range of audiences. Shena is skilled at content creation, social media strategy, graphic design, and brand identity development. She strives to communicate effectively and understand a client's needs in order to advocate accordingly, often addressing complex social issues to achieve the desired outcomes, while thinking strategically in an ever-evolving marketing landscape. Before coming to the design and marketing world, Shena worked in LGBTQIA healthcare advocacy, violence prevention, and birth/postpartum care. When not at work, Shena can be found tending to her plants, traveling with their partner, and reading a variety of book genres.

LESLIE WYSOWSKI, B.S., QAS

Association Executive

Leslie serves as an Association Executive on the AMC Source team. She graduated from Penn State University with a degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management, in addition to having earned the Qualified Association Executive certification from the Florida Society of Association Executives. Leslie has been an integral part in the launch and ongoing success for a variety of hotels, in the association meeting planner role as well as casinos, wineries, media & logistics companies. Resourceful and strategic, Leslie is committed to, and effective at, business development, client relations, sales, marketing, and management responsibilities. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with her diverse background of skills. When she’s not at work you can usually find her on an airplane traveling to an exotic destination somewhere around the globe. She’s also a yogi, foodie, and music lover.
