DEBRA S. NOLAN, CAE, IOM
Executive Director & Co-President
Debra's primary role is to provide senior level collaboration with leaders in order to advance the association’s mission. She earned her BA in Communications with a minor in English from Florida State University. She is a Certified Association Executive and a graduate of the Institute of Organization Management. She has also obtained an Inclusive and Ethical Leadership Certificate from the University of South Florida's Muma College of Business. She has been in association management for more than twenty years and worked with organizations on a state, regional, national, and international level. Debra’s key skills include: Board/Committee Collaboration, Strategy, and Support, Membership Development/Services, Conference and Meeting Planning and Marketing and Communications.

GREGORY BROOKS
Executive Director & Co-President
Gregory's primary role is to provide senior level collaboration with leaders in order to advance the association’s mission. With more than 25 years experience, Greg has been helping trade associations, professional societies and non-profits, both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations, improve their infrastructures and processes through full-service management and leadership collaboration, strategy, and support. He has worked in non-profit and association management and with organizations on a state, regional, national, and international level for more than twenty-five years. Greg is an officer, Treasurer, of the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE). Greg’s key skills include: Board/Committee Collaboration, Strategy, and Support, Leadership and Management, Transition Management, Information Technology, Financial Management and Sponsorship Development and Governmental Affairs/Public Policy.

PATTY ANDERSON, CAE, IOM
Association Executive
For more than three decades, Patty has provided senior level knowledge in strategic, leadership, and event management to the not-for-profit organizations with whom she has worked. She earned a BS in Politics and Government with a minor in Public Administration from the University of Puget Sound. In addition to obtaining the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, Patty is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Organization Management (IOM). For 26 years, she was a co-owner of Melby, Cameron, and Anderson - an association management company formerly based out of the Pacific Northwest.

ALISON ASHTON, M.SC.
Association Executive
With over two decades of experience working in program and project management, business development, event planning, and marketing for non-profit organizations, government agencies, international banks, and corporations around the globe, Alison brings a distinctive perspective and vast skillset to the association. Alison graduated from Oxford Brookes University with an M.Sc. in International Business Management and Development. Alison’s expertise is in leading complex projects by integrating strategic planning, conducting vendor negotiations and contract analysis, assessing and allocating resources, streamlining processes for optimal efficiency, program planning, change management, risk management, and coordinating business development strategies to support sustainable operations.

Executive Assistant to Co-Presidents
Pamela’s primary role is to provide executive support in an administrative environment to ensure achievement of mission for all clients. She earned her BBA in International Business and Business Administration from Nova University. She has worked in the Executive Assistant role for more than 20 years in various industries both in Florida and Georgia. Pamela’s key skills include great communication, management, attention to detail and organization.

IT Specialist
With over thirty years of experience in computer systems and information technology, Jay's primary role on the AMC Source team is to provide technical support to team members and clients. Jay is fluent in all major programming languages and has significant experience development of applications and software programs. His key skills include server management, software development, IT crisis response, and data migration.

MICHAEL BOTTINI, B.A. (HE/THEY)
Website Coordinator
Michael (he/they) will recently graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Linguistics and minors in Digital Arts & Sciences and Communication Studies, as well as a Teaching English as a Second Language Certificate. With over six years of teaching and administrative experience both in-office and online, Michael is skilled in organizational management, interpersonal communication strategies, and virtual project planning. Michael serves as a Website Coordinator, specifically working with AMS platforms to format and design websites for accessible engagement. Michael's primary areas of focus at AMC Source include website management, membership administration, and administrative assistance.

EVA BRACCIALE, MBA
Senior Marketing Specialist & Finance Associate
Eva serves as AMC Source's Senior Marketing Specialist, in addition to serving as a Finance Associate. Eva is a double graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, having earned a B.S. in Marketing and Accounting with a concentration in Franchising and an MBA with a concentration in Enterprise Systems (Summa Cum Laude and Outstanding MBA Graduate). Eva specializes in ensuring that the details align with the big picture. Eva's work with the finance team includes optimizing client finance processes and providing financial administration. Eva is also highly skilled at leading marketing and social media management efforts including social media strategy formulation, brand image management, ad development and monitoring, social media engagement & follower relations, graphic design & content creation.

NOELLE CAMPANY, B.A.
Association Executive
Noelle's areas of focus include conference planning, membership relations and association management. Noelle earned a Bachelor of Science, in Hospitality Management with a minor in business from Florida State University. She has gained valuable experience from her role in hotel operations with an international hotelier and continued her professional career in association management with a large membership association based in the DC area. Noelle’s key skills include: Membership, Event Planning and Association Services.

LAURA CAPUTO, J.D.
Association Executive
As an Association Executive, Laura provides senior-level collaboration to advance association missions. Laura earned her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University-Bloomington, Maurer School of Law, and a bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations from the University of Central Florida. After a decade in private practice, Laura brought her problem-solving and critical thinking experience to the association world, having previously served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of the Turnaround Management Association, a 10,000-member international association serving professionals in the corporate restructuring industry. Her key skills include: Board/Committee Collaboration, Strategy, and Support, Leadership Development, Program Development and Management, Strategic Planning, Conference and Meeting Planning, and International Relations.

Samantha has a master’s degree in economics, and several years of experience in non-profit financials management. Her area of responsibility includes budget development, monthly financials reconciliation and statements, accounts payable and receivables, as well as audit preparation and support.

DAVID P. DEVITO, M.P.A.
Association Executive
David serves as an Association Executive for AMC Source, with an emphasis in areas of nonprofit management, membership development and services, federal and foundation grant writing and administration. With more than 25 years engagement in all aspects of nonprofit membership organizations, David brings experience in assuring member value in engagement, collaboration, education, and resources. In addition, David holds a master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management, and a B.A. in American Studies, both from The George Washington University.

NYKA FELDMAN, M.A.
Association Executive
As an Association Executive at AMC Source, Nyka provides senior level executive support to association clients. Nyka is a seasoned association executive with deep expertise working directly with boards of directors for membership and non-profit organizations. She graduated from Bucknell University with a B.A. in International Relations and from The American University with an M.A. in Public Communications. She has served as an association executive in the higher education space, as the executive director of a Federally funded community outreach organization, and as a board member for a number of civic organizations. She brings a unique perspective to her work having served in government as a congressional liaison for both the U.S. Agency for International Development and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Nyka has the skills and experience to work with organizational and board leadership on governance, board recruitment, strategic planning, membership engagement, diversity initiatives, mentoring programs, event management, grantmaking, marketing, and public affairs.

LUCIA GUTIERREZ, M.SC., PH.D.
Association Executive
Lucia's primary role is to provide senior level collaboration to advance the association’s mission. She’s been in non-profit association and program management for more than 20 years at the national and international levels. Lucia earned her doctoral degree in Marine Biology from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, and a master’s degree in Marine Sciences from Western Washington University. Previously she served as primary liaison to the Policy and Planning Board and the Committee on Early Career Psychologists of a leading professional association representing psychology in the United States. She’s worked on initiatives, advocacy and public policy on leadership, training, conservation and mental health issues. Lucia’s key skills include: Governance Affairs, Program Development and Management, Public Policy and Advocacy, Applied Project Management, Strategic Planning, Conference and Meeting Planning, Environmental Stewardship and Mindful Leadership.

Alex's primary role is to serve as a Marketing & Communications specialist, providing AMS platform support, website design, online accessibility optimization, social media management, graphic design, and wrap-around support for associations. They graduated in December 2022 from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Political Science. Alex’s other areas of interest include liberation psychology, mutual aid, community organizing, queer sex education, and radical healing for queer and trans people of color.

Association Executive
Celeste brings over fifteen years of diverse business experiences to the AMC Source team, including industrial and academic environments, hospitality, consulting, and small business owners. She has her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Celeste’s key skills include: Project Management, Sales/Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, Conference & Event Planning, Office Management, Training, Executive Level Collaboration and Support, Communication Management, Content Management, Analytical Support and Data Strategy.

JODI LICUDINE, QAS
Executive Administrative Assistant
As AMC Source's Executive Administrative Assistant, Jodi's primary areas of responsibility include Member Services, Registration Support, Customer Relations and Office Administration. With 6 years of association experience, Jodi's background includes office management and customer service, as well as association administration and teaching/training of group classes. Jodi studied at Broward Community College and the Fitness Institute International and maintains an active certification in property management, as well as a designation as a Qualified Association Specialist.

LISA MARBURGER, MBA
Finance Director
Lisa Marburger serves as AMC Source's Finance Director. Her primary role is to provide financial administration, database design, and human resources support. Lisa attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where she earned her BS with the dual majors of International Business and Marketing, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Finance. Lisa’s career has included working in Private Client Investment Services, Strategic Management of Construction and Development as well as Finance and Operations Management of Not for Profit entities. Lisa’s key skills include: Design and Implementation of Accounting Systems, Internal Control Analysis, Audit-Internal and External, Database Design and Membership Relations.

SISSY MEREDITH, PH.D.
Head of Professional Development & LMS Implementation
At AMC Source, Dr. Sissy Meredith leads professional development and learning management system implementations. Dr. Meredith has served on various national committees that address learning; professional and organizational development; public policy affecting college campuses; DEI; HR transformation; leadership; mentoring; and faculty models that support student success. Career accomplishments within varied industries include executive leadership for strategic workforce and organizational development; professional leadership development; performance coaching' policy design; and cultural intelligence. In addition, she has founded several competency frameworks and numerous original learning resources; and knows what it takes to build virtual presence in the form of online courses and knowledge centers, and conferences, webinars, and virtual workshops. She earned her Ph.D. in Communications focused on learning behavior and is currently pursuing an education in artificial intelligence, beekeeping and bourbon studies.

DOREEN MURNER, MBA
Strategic Association Executive
With over 20 years of experience, Doreen is a well- rounded seasoned leader in not-for-profit association management. She has significant knowledge in aligning people priorities to organizational strategy. Doreen has worked with a diverse group of associations from large to small and from international to local. Her focus has been on 501C(3)s in the higher education market. Doreen’s expertise encompasses collaborative leadership, relationship development, change management, talent management, financial analysis, conference planning and strategic planning.

GAIL NAAS, LMT CT
Membership Specialist
As a membership specialist, Gail provides strategic leadership in recruitment, retention, and engagement of client member bases. Gail has significant experience serving associations in both staff and volunteer capacities, currently serving as a past president of the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy and the Secretary and Educational Chair for the Florida State Massage Therapy Association, Broward Chapter. Her key skills include membership development, committee management and leadership, administrative support, and robust knowledge in management of professional natural healthcare associations. She is also a practice healthcare provider and instructor with over 21 years of experience in educational environments.

BAILEY NOLTING, B.A.
Marketing & Virtual Events Specialist
Bailey serves as a Marketing Specialist and Virtual Event Specialist at AMC Source. Her primary role is to support associations' communications, marketing, and virtual event goals to increase growth, success, and recognition. Bailey graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Communications and a minor in Public Relations as well as a Project Management Certificate from eCornell. Bailey's previous experience includes association support through event management, graphic design, website management, social media, and membership services.

Association Executive
Lily works closely with groups to aid in administrative efforts and to provide support for leadership. Lily graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Psychological and Brain Sciences and minors in Sociology and Neuroscience, as well as a Pre-Law Philosophy Certificate. Lily’s key skills include: Conference, Meeting, and Event Planning, Membership Services and Board and Committee Support.

SAMUEL PIERROT, B.S.
Accounting Manager
Samuel Pierrot serves as an AMC Source Accounting Manager. As an Accounting Manager, Samuel works closely with clients to manage daily financial activity, prepare financial statements, participate in analysis and review, and coordinate documentation and client needs with Executive Directors. Holder of a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Samuel has over 15 years of experience in accounting/finance operations. Samuel worked for several international non-profits in his home country and in the corporate sector with multinational firms. His managerial experience and warm disposition inspires great confidence in our team and among our clients. Samuels key skills include: bookkeeping, month-end process, account reconciliations, budget planning, financial reports, business analysis, and internal controls. In his free time, Samuel engages in videography and is a music lover.

Yana holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Management from State Marine Technical University and 13 years of experience in international logistics, sales & customer service, and financial procedures. Membership and Events Specialist
Tracy’s primary roles on the AMC Source team are to provide support for membership coordination and meeting and events coordination. Her key skills include event and retreat management, business leadership consulting, and travel and hospitality. A lifelong learner of all things Yoga and Ayurveda, Tracy’s passion for wellness spans over 30 years. Tracy also has experience in interior and landscape design, as well as fashion retail and merchandising. With a creative spirit and a doer mindset, she curates international retreats and helps people overcome health challenges through her ayurvedic consulting practice.

As an Association Executive at AMC Source, Jordan provides support and collaboration for client success, in addition to assistance in project management. Jordan is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Early Childhood Education. With seven plus years of teaching and administrative experience, Jordan is skilled in leadership, project management, and interpersonal communication.

Association Executive
Sydney serves as an Association Executive for AMC Source, with an emphasis in areas of Member services, Project management, Conference and Event services, and Board and committee support. She has her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business and concentration in Event Management from The University of Mississippi. Sydney's career has included working in Association Management, Education, as well as Event planning and Execution. In her free time, Sydney is an outdoor adventure enthusiast including hiking, cycling and paddle-boarding.

Professional Development Specialist
Seva’s primary role is management of certification and continuing education processes for member professional development. Her skills include administration of certification processes, continuing education credit management, and general association administration, with specialization in wellness-focused organizations. In addition to running her own Ayurvedic practice, Seva is the Chair of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association’s Education Committee. In her work as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Seva specializes in Holistic Health Education, Health Counseling, and Ayurvedic Body Therapies.

LESLIE WYSOWSKI
Association Executive
Leslie serves as an Association Executive on the AMC Source team. She graduated from Penn State University with a degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management. Leslie has been an integral part in the launch and ongoing success for a variety of hotels, in the association meeting planner role as well as casinos, wineries, media & logistics companies. Resourceful and strategic, Leslie is committed to, and effective at,
business development, client relations, sales, marketing, and management responsibilities. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with her diverse background of skills. When she’s not at work you can usually find her on an airplane traveling to an exotic destination somewhere around the globe. She’s also a yogi, foodie, and music lover.
