At AMC Source, excellence in event management is not just about logistics, timelines, and flawless execution. It is also about responsibility, readiness, and the well-being of every attendee, partner, and team member involved in the experiences we help create.
We are proud to share that our Co-President, Greg Brooks, has recently completed First Aid, CPR, and AED training through SafeExpo.
While much of our work happens behind the scenes, live events are dynamic environments. Conferences, meetings, and industry gatherings bring together large groups of people, often in fast-paced settings. Having team members who are trained to respond in the event of a medical emergency adds another layer of care and preparedness to the services we provide.
This training equips Greg with the skills to:
Respond quickly and effectively in a medical emergency
Administer CPR and use an AED if needed
Provide basic first aid while professional responders are on the way
For our clients, this reflects something bigger than a certification. It demonstrates our commitment to being proactive, detail-oriented, and prepared for the unexpected. Event planning excellence means thinking beyond the agenda and AV setup. It includes considering safety, risk management, and the overall experience of every person in the room.
At AMC Source, we believe strong events are built on strong teams. When our staff pursue professional development, whether in strategic planning, communications, or safety training like this, it directly supports the quality and confidence we bring to our clients.
Congratulations to Greg on completing this important training and for continuing to model our commitment to excellence in every capacity.
