On October 6th, 2022, 185 association professionals gathered in Tallahassee for the Florida Society of Association Executives Education Expo. Among these were AMC Source's Co-Presidents, Debra S. Nolan, CAE, IOM and Gregory Brooks, who enjoyed the enriching time of education and networking with peers and colleagues in the association community.
Given the recent devastation caused by Hurricane Ian, attendees raised a collective $1,972 for Volunteer Florida's Florida Disaster Fund. Furthermore, attendees look forward to the support to the local economy that is expected to result from FSAE's 2023 annual meeting in Bonita Springs, Florida.
AMC Source's involvement with FSAE is rich and longstanding, most recently recognized by the FSAE Award of Excellence presented to Brooks in August of 2022. Brooks also recently served on the American Society of Association Executive’s (ASAE) Association Management Company Advisory Council. In this capacity, Brooks assisted ASAE in providing programs, services, and information that helps emerging AMC owners and staff address their unique association management and business challenges.
