AMC Source congratulates Executive Administrative Assistant, Jodi Licudine, on completion of Qualified Association Specialist certification through the Florida Society of Association Executives.
Jodi's primary areas of responsibility include Member Services, Registration Support, Customer Relations and Office Administration. With 11 years of association experience, including 5 with AMC Source, Jodi's background includes office management and customer service, as well as association administration and teaching/training of group classes. Jodi studied at Broward Community College and the Fitness Institute International and maintains an active certification in property management.
The QAS Certificate Program provides a comprehensive overview of all key aspects of association management. The course is comprised of 12 online modules taught by the association community's seasoned experts. Completion of this program gives association professionals an opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and skills, become a more valuable team member, and master fundamentals of association management. "I am looking forward to utilizing the knowledge I gained in this program to provide even greater value to our clients," Jodi reported. Jodi is now one of two Qualified Association Specialists on the AMC Source team, along with Association Executive, Lindy Rome.
