The fourth quarter of 2025 was a highly active season for the AMC Source team, with staff present at conferences, member meetings, site visits, business development events, and industry gatherings across the United States.

Rather than focusing on any single program, this quarter reflects something broader: AMC Source’s commitment to staying connected to the association, hospitality, and meetings industries through continued learning, relationship-building, and market awareness.
A Wide Range of Event Types
During Q4, AMC Source team members were involved in a variety of professional settings, including:
Regional and national conferences
Association member meetings and board-level gatherings
Industry expos and trade events
Site visits to convention cities and venues
Business development meetings and networking events
Professional development programs and leadership institutes
These engagements ranged from smaller meetings of around 30–35 participants to large conferences with 400+ attendees, highlighting the broad spectrum of environments in which our team remains active.
Geographic Reach
AMC Source team members traveled across the country during the quarter, with representation in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, West Coast, and Hawaii. Cities included major convention destinations, regional hubs, and emerging meeting markets.
This geographic diversity reflects the way associations continue to distribute meetings across regions to balance accessibility, destination appeal, and member engagement

What We Observed in Q4 2025 Meetings & Events
Several notable trends emerged from our team’s time in the field:
1. Blended travel purposes
Many trips combined conferences, site visits, networking, and business development conversations. Organizations are maximizing travel by aligning planning, education, and relationship-building within the same timeframe.
2. Continued demand for in-person engagement
Attendance levels across both small and large gatherings indicate sustained interest in face-to-face meetings, particularly for education, networking, and leadership discussions.
3. Strong presence of established meeting cities
Frequent activity in well-known convention destinations underscores the continued value of cities with strong infrastructure, venue options, and hospitality partnerships.
4. Growth in strategic and leadership-focused meetings
Alongside large conferences, we saw a notable number of board meetings, think tanks, and leadership programs, reflecting organizations’ focus on governance, strategy, and long-term planning.
Why This Matters
Our presence at these events, site visits, and industry programs helps AMC Source stay closely aligned with evolving trends in meetings, association management, and member engagement. Ongoing exposure to venues, destinations, industry peers, and professional development opportunities strengthens our team’s perspective and keeps us connected to the environments our clients and partners operate in.
Q4 2025 illustrates the many ways AMC Source team members stay engaged in the broader meetings and association landscape — across roles, regions, and event types.
