With over 15 years of experience in association management, Donna has consistently demonstrated her ability to deliver outstanding service to clients, particularly in the dental and healthcare sectors. Before joining AMC Source, she served as the Certification Program Manager and Membership Coordinator at the Academy of Laser Dentistry, where she excelled in certification management and membership engagement.
Donna holds a Credentialing Specialist Certificate from the Institute for Credentialing Specialists, which she earned in January 2019. Over the years, she has collaborated with esteemed organizations, including Heartland Dental (DSO), Midwestern University, the University of Texas, and various private dental practices, providing expert oversight for their certification and membership programs.
