Gregory Brooks is Executive Director/President at AMC Source. His primary role is to provide senior level collaboration with leaders in order to advance the association’s mission. With more than 25 years experience, Greg has been helping trade associations, professional societies and non-profits, both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations, improve their infrastructures and processes through full-service management and leadership collaboration, strategy, and support. He has worked in non-profit and association management and with organizations on a state, regional, national, and international level for more than twenty-five years. Greg is an officer, Treasurer, of the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE). Debra S. Nolan, CAE, IOM
Debra S. Nolan, CAE, IOM, is Executive Director/President at AMC Source. Her primary role is to provide senior level collaboration with leaders in order to advance the association’s mission. She earned her BA in Communications with a minor in English from Florida State University. She is a Certified Association Executive and a graduate of the Institute of Organization Management. She has been in association management for more than twenty years and worked with organizations on a state, regional, national, and international level. Debra’s key skills include: Board/Committee Collaboration, Strategy, and Support, Membership Development/Services, Conference and Meeting Planning and Marketing and Communications.
Alexander Bakirdgi is an Association Executive at AMC Source. His primary focus includes, event planning, website management and member relations. Alex graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and a minor in Communications from Florida Atlantic University. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration. Over the years, Alex has worked with nonprofit organizations, assisted in web development, as well as worked in the hospitality industry as an event planner and a DJ. Alex’s primary skills include: Event Planning, Website Services and Membership.
Eva Bracciale serves as a Finance Associate on the AMC Source team. Eva works with the finance team to optimize client finance processes and provide financial administration. Equipped with a BS in Marketing and Accounting with a concentration in Franchising, she works to ensure that the details align with the big picture. Her key skills include financial management, enterprise resource planning and workflow design.
Noelle Campany is an Association Executive with AMC Source. Her areas of focus include conference planning, membership relations and association management. Noelle earned a Bachelor of Science, in Hospitality Management with a minor in business from Florida State University. She has gained valuable experience from her role in hotel operations with an international hotelier and continued her professional career in association management with a large membership association based in the DC area. Noelle’s key skills include: Membership, Event Planning and Association Services.
Samantha Davis, finance manager, has a master’s degree in economics, and several years of experience in non-profit financials management. Her area of responsibility includes budget development, monthly financials reconciliation and statements, accounts payable and receivables, as well as audit preparation and support.
Lucia Gutierrez, M.Sc., Ph.D.
Lucia Gutierrez, M.Sc., Ph.D. serves as Association Executive on the AMC Source team. Her primary role is to provide senior level collaboration to advance the association’s mission. She’s been in non-profit association and program management for more than 20 years at the national and international levels. Lucia earned her doctoral degree in Marine Biology from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, and a master’s degree in Marine Sciences from Western Washington University. Previously she served as primary liaison to the Policy and Planning Board and the Committee on Early Career Psychologists of a leading professional association representing psychology in the United States. She’s worked on initiatives, advocacy and public policy on leadership, training, conservation and mental health issues. Lucia’s key skills include: Governance Affairs, Program Development and Management, Public Policy and Advocacy, Applied Project Management, Strategic Planning, Conference and Meeting Planning, Environmental Stewardship and Mindful Leadership.
Lourdes Hernandez serves as the Finance Assistant for AMC Source. Her primary role is to provide bookkeeping and data entry services. She recently graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Small Business. She is currently pursuing a Master of Accountancy.
Jodi Licudine is an Executive Administrative Assistant with AMC Source. Her background includes experience in office management and customer service. Her primary areas of responsibility are: Member Services, Registration Support, Customer Relations and Office Administration.
Ilene Magee, Ph.D.
Ilene Magee, Ph.D., serves as AMC Source Deputy Executive Director. Ilene has earned her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington, a master’s degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis. She has served higher education for over 11 years.
Lisa Marburger, MBA
Lisa Marburger, MBA serves as AMC Source’s Finance Director. Her primary role is to provide financial administration, database design, and human resources support. Lisa attended Palm Beach Atlantic University where she earned her BS with the dual majors of International Business and Marketing, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Finance. Lisa’s career has included working in Private Client Investment Services, Strategic Management of Construction and Development as well as Finance and Operations Management of Not for Profit entities. Lisa’s key skills include: Design and Implementation of Accounting Systems, Internal Control Analysis, Audit-Internal and External, Database Design and Membership Relations.
Doreen Murner is a strategic association executive. With over 20 years of experience she is a well- rounded seasoned leader in not-for-profit association management. She has significant knowledge in aligning people priorities to organizational strategy. Doreen has worked with a diverse group of associations from large to small and from international to local. Her focus has been on 501C(3)s in the higher education market. Doreen’s expertise encompasses collaborative leadership, relationship development, change management, talent management, financial analysis, conference planning and strategic planning.
Lily Pieper is the Association Executive for AMC Source. She works closely with groups to aid in administrative efforts and to provide support for leadership. Lily currently attends Texas A&M University pursing a B.S. in Psychological and Brain Sciences. Lily’s key skills include: Conference, Meeting, and Event Planning, Membership Services and Board and Committee Support.
Rosie Rivera serves as Association Executive for AMC Source, with an emphasis on membership development, customer service, marketing, and public relations. Rosie is bilingual and has several years experience working with the media in marketing and sales with a focus on Latinx markets.
Lindy Rome, Association Executive, is a certified QAS, Qualified Association Specialist, who works with state, national and international trade associations and organizations to provide senior level collaboration in order to advance the association’s mission. Lindy’s skills include: Member Services & Relations, Committee Collaboration and Support, Conference, Meeting and Event Planning and Web Management and Technical Support.
Olivia Scott serves as Association Executive on the AMC Source team. With more than 15 years of experience in communications engagement, organizational outreach and leadership management, her primary role is to provide senior level collaboration with leaders in order to advance the association’s mission. Olivia earned a BS in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, but quickly discovered her passion for association management while working with regional, state, national and international non-profits and trade associations. Previously she served as Senior Manager at a leading professional association representing psychology in the United States, cultivating key partner relationships, leading innovative projects and directing internal/external communications. Olivia’s key skills include: Strategic Planning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Resource Development, Program Expansion, Relationship Management, Membership Marketing, Leadership Training, Conference and Meeting planning and Advocacy.
