Welcome to the AMC Source RFP Program. This section is dedicated to those organizations seeking full-service management. Please follow the instructions to guide you through the process.Fill out the online RFP form using this tool. Most fields are required, and are denoted by an *. After you submit your completed RFP, you will immediately receive a confirmation message on your screen and via email. Please allow 2-3 business days for your RFP to be reviewed by an AMC Source staff member. This is a review to simply ensure all required materials are present; it is not a review of the content itself. Someone will contact you if there are any questions.Once your RFP is approved by an AMC Source staff member, it will be posted to our Members Only website and a notification will be sent to our member AMCs. AMC Members interested in your RFP will respond directly to you.

Supporting Documentation

You will need to upload supplementary documents at the last stage of the RFP form. Provide as much information about your organization as possible. We highly recommend that you include information on the project/program budget, as well as any other relevant materials. Any additional documents are suggested. You may attach as many files as you wish.One upload that is required is your Supporting Document. Please follow our guidelines for your Service Requirement Document. Following these guidelines will help ensure you receive quality proposals that are responsive to your needs. The complete RFP form and Supporting Document are distributed to the membership. Incomplete materials will cause a delay in your request.
